Billing Questions
I've never logged in before — how do I get access?
Your login is tied to the billing email we have on file for your organization. Use the "forgot password" option on the portal sign-in page with that address, or email billing@plextech.net and we'll get you set up the same business day.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. The billing portal is operated by ConnectBooster, a ConnectWise payment platform built for IT service providers, with bank-grade encryption and PCI-compliant payment handling. Plexus never stores your full card or bank account numbers on our own website.
Can I switch to autopay?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. After signing in, add a payment method and enable autopay; invoices will be paid automatically on their due date and you'll still receive a copy of every invoice by email.
I handle billing for multiple companies or locations — can I see them all in one login?
Yes. If you manage finance for multiple companies or sites and need to switch between them in the billing center, email billing@plextech.net and we'll associate all of your entities with your email address. After that, you'll be able to toggle between each organization's invoices and payment settings from a single login.
I have a question about a specific invoice.
Email billing@plextech.net with the invoice number and we'll sort it out quickly — billing surprises aren't our style.
