Plexus Technologies LLC ("Plexus," "we," "us") is a managed IT services provider headquartered at 1001 South Myrtle Ave, Suite 6, Clearwater, FL 33756. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information through our website at plextech.net (the "Site") and in connection with our services. Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on the Site — such as a contact, assessment, referral, or newsletter form — we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, company size, and the content of your message. If you refer a business contact to us, we also collect the contact information you provide about that person.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect technical information when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location. This may be collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools described below.
Billing information. Client invoice payments are processed through our billing portal, operated by ConnectBooster (a ConnectWise company). Payment card and bank account details entered in that portal are collected and processed by ConnectBooster under its own privacy policy and security standards — Plexus does not store your full payment card numbers on this Site.
We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site, and advertising services (such as Google Ads) to measure ad performance and show ads to people who have visited the Site — a practice known as remarketing. These services may set cookies or use similar identifiers. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, and most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers that help us operate the Site and our business (such as form processing, email delivery, analytics, advertising, and the ConnectBooster billing portal), under obligations to protect it; professional advisers such as accountants or attorneys where necessary; and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, the duration of a client relationship plus applicable legal retention periods, or until you unsubscribe from marketing communications. Technical logs and analytics data are retained according to the relevant provider's settings.
We apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but protecting data is, quite literally, our business.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
