These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at plextech.net (the "Site"), operated by Plexus Technologies LLC ("Plexus," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides general information about our managed IT, cybersecurity, and related services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services, and using the Site does not create a client relationship. Our services are provided solely under a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement and accompanying Statement of Work). If anything on the Site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Plexus name and marks, and design — are owned by or licensed to Plexus and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks appearing on the Site (including client and partner marks) belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification purposes only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
