How It Works

Download the Plexus Support tool

Click the button below for your operating system — Windows or Mac. The file is small and will download in seconds. No installation is required.

Run the application

Once the download finishes, open the file and run it. Click Yes to any permission prompts that appear — these are required for the remote connection to work.

Share your 9-digit code

The application will display a 9-digit session code. Read or type this code to your Plexus representative — they'll use it to initiate the secure connection to your device.

You're connected — help is on the way

A secure, encrypted session will be established. Your Plexus engineer can now see and control your screen with your permission. You can end the session at any time.

Your session is secure and private. Splashtop SOS uses 256-bit AES encryption — the same standard used by banks and government agencies. Your Plexus representative can only connect using the code you provide, and you can end the session at any time by closing the application.
