Rewards are paid after the referred organization signs a managed services agreement and completes 90 days as a Plexus client. Tier is based on the referred organization's size at signing. No limit on the number of referrals — refer three companies, earn three rewards.

Common Questions
Who can participate?
The program is open to current Plexus Technologies clients — it's our way of thanking the people who already trust us with their IT. If you're not a client yet but know someone who needs us, we'd still love the introduction — just reach out directly.
What counts as a successful referral?
The referred organization signs a managed services agreement with Plexus and remains a client through their first 90 days. One-off projects don't qualify on their own — but if a project client converts to managed services within six months of your referral, you still get the reward.
Will you tell them I referred them?
Only if you want us to. By default we keep the source confidential — we'll simply say a mutual contact thought we could help. Many referrers prefer the credit out loud, and we're happy to do that too.
What if two people refer the same company?
The first referral we receive on record gets the reward. We confirm receipt of every referral the same business day, so you'll always know where you stand.
How is the reward paid?
Your choice: a mailed check, a credit on your next Plexus invoice, or a donation in your name to a local charity. Cash rewards may be reportable for tax purposes; invoice credits keep it simple.
